FIND A MENTOR...

A mentor can be anyone at all but most importantly it must be someone who you look up to. Someone who inspires you. My mentors are predominantly women who have all of the qualities I aspire to... vivaciousness, strength, intelligence & independence. Don't stop at just one inspirational person in your life. Surround yourself with positive people every minute of every day.
Create inspiration all around you. Follow inspirational blogs (like this one :)), connect with an inspirational quote, print it out & hang it everywhere so you'll see if often on a daily basis. K x

Write a Mission Statement

What is a mission statement? Its a goal or a list of values, intentions & promises that you hold yourself accountable to. Create one & read it everyday with intent & passion. Hang it up where you can see it & read it over & over again until you learn it by heart ♥ Then whenever you're 'stuck' in a situation where you have to make a decision, you will automatically find yourself referring back to your mission statement.  Then you can ask yourself... Does this situation follow my mission statement? If it does, you can move forward confidently. If it doesn't, you can kick it to the kerb. Need some ideas? - to be financially free - to have the opportunity to travel to many different countries - to believe in myself -to have the courage to be who I truly am. Get the picture? Now go for it!

Ask Believe Receive

So many people overlook this very simple quality. You don’t have to figure it out. Trying to figure it out is what freezes people. When you’re trying to figure out your life all the way to the end and when you can’t figure anything out, it freezes you from trying to do anything at all because it confuses you too much and you end up stressing out and becoming too overwhelmed by it all. That's when you freeze. Do you keep saying to yourself "I cant do that" or "I cant figure out my purpose" or "I don't know what my gift or passion is"  or "I don't know how to get there from here. Well I'll tell you something... you don’t have to know how! You have to ask, believe and receive. That’s as simple as it gets. Science says show me and I’ll believe. Faith says believe and I’ll show you. There’s a difference. When you go to bed at night ask for what it is that you want. It could be clarity, peace, new friendships or even a new car. B...
